Chris Harris, of the law firm of KVP in Daytona Beach, Florida recently served as one of four Judges of the FIA International Tribunal for Motorsports in Paris, France. The dispute, involving participants in Formula One racing, was the first to be resolved before the FIA’s newly-formed International Tribunal.
