Our Florida construction law attorneys regularly handle private and public construction projects involving millions of dollars, cases and contracts of $100,000 to $500,000 and smaller cases in the thousands of dollars. Our capabilities have been developed from a large number of major cases that we have handled. Some of our notable cases include a successful thirteen-month continuous trial involving design issues and defense of a twenty million dollar construction defect claim. In addition, our construction law attorneys recently negotiated and drafted a 400 million dollar construction contract.
We employ construction industry-defining technology while utilizing existing information on hundreds of projects over the past 50 years which allows us to quickly and efficiently answer our clients' construction law needs.
Since construction disputes often arise with Florida construction projects, our firm concentrates on maintaining our clients' business relationships while working toward construction dispute resolutions. Most of the construction disputes handled by our firm are settled without trial or arbitration. However, our Construction Board Certified Attorneys have the experience and resources to effectively manage construction arbitration, mediation, trials and appeals when alternative dispute resolution is unsuccessful.
